Appleton Beer Factory Guest Events Venue

There is no room fee for private reservations in The Drafting Room or for large parties that don’t require private access to The Beer Hall. However, for private access to The Beer Hall, a fee and minimum purchase amount apply based on the day and time. Contact us to discuss options.

All event payments must be made in full on the night of the event via cash, debit, or credit card. If hosting a private event in The Beer Hall and the minimum purchase is not met, you will be charged the cost of food and drinks purchased, plus the difference.

Reservations can be made by calling us at (920) 364-9931 or emailing events@appletonbeerfactory.com. You may message us for more information as well. A $100 deposit is required for private events in The Beer Hall, payable by cash, debit, or credit card (over the phone if needed). The menu must be finalized two weeks in advance, and the final guest count must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event.

The Drafting Room:
Seats and stands up to 24 guests

The Beer Hall:
Seats up to 60 guests, stands up to 125 guests

Upper Event Pub Room
Seats up yo 55 guests seated, or 80 standing

Yes! You may bring in decorations one hour before the event. However, all decorations must be removed immediately after the event.

Restrictions: No helium balloons (except in The Drafting Room), candles, confetti, glitter, nails, tacks, or staples.

We only provide the tables available in your reserved dining area. If additional tables are needed, you will need to bring them.

Per Wisconsin Administrative Code, outside food is not allowed in our restaurant. The only exception is cakes, which must be from a commercial and health-inspected kitchen (e.g., grocery store, bakery).

Groups of 12 or fewer may order from our regular menu.

Groups of 13–19 guests require a limited menu to ensure timely service.

Groups of 20 or more require a buffet-style setup. Contact us for menu options!

We offer a full bar featuring:

• House-made craft beers
• Guest beers, wine, and beertails (beer-based cocktails)
• Liquor, soda, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate

We can set up an open bar, cash bar, drink tickets, or a custom combination!

Live music is allowed with prior manager approval. Music must be original or in the public domain, and you must provide sound equipment, stage setup, and lighting if needed.

Yes, children are welcome! However, as we are an active brewing facility, children must be supervised at all times.

If you need to cancel a private event, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by calling (920) 364-9931 and speaking with a manager. Late cancellations will result in a cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

We can offer 1/6, 1/4, and 1/2 barrel kegs for many of our beers, which are set up so your guests can serve themselves. Please call or email us for keg pricing and availability!

If there are any appetizers or pizzas leftover at the end of your event, we will gladly box them up for you to take home. Our sandwich and taco bars are offered per person, and leftovers cannot be taken home

Unfortunately due to the size of our kitchen, we cannot accommodate orders of more than 12 at a time from our regular menu. However, if there is something that is on our regular menu that you would like to include as part of your buffet package, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate that!
